BOOKING & POLICIES

Phlow is a fully mobile service. All sessions take place in the comfort and privacy of your home. We serve Bellevue and the Greater Seattle area, and travel time limitations may apply.

Scheduling & Changes

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit or prepaid session
• Same-day cancellations or changes are not permitted
• Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee

This policy ensures availability is respected and allows us to maintain a consistent standard of care for all clients.

Payments & Prepaid Sessions

All deposits, prepayments, and session packages are non-refundable.

This includes:
• Appointment deposits for in-home services
• Prepaid session packages (3 or 10 sessions)
• Same-day bookings or appointments adjusted outside of the 24-hour window
